Truck Model World
Truck Model World is the only magazine dedicated to truck models.
It has eight issues per year - in january, february, march, april, june, august, october and november.
Each issue has 48 pages including cover full of truck models. Most of the models are 1:24 plastic models, 1:50 white metal but there are also other scales featured.
Included are aftermarket suppliers' news & reviews. Each issue has Readers' models section where there are featured nice truck models made by readers. The editor of the magazine is Peter White. To submit articles and photographs for publication, use the peter@whit81.freeserve.co.uk email.
Truck Model World was issued by A&S Publishing Co Ltd. Unfortunately, the publisher decided to cease the publication in autumn 2005. The magazine was sold to another company which very soon decided that the magazine is not worth and the publication had been stopped. Luckily a new publisher has been found, Traplet Publications Ltd. and the magazine continues.
